PRIVATE AGENT — PRIVACY POLICY Effective October 27, 2026 · Version 6 Short version: Private Agent runs on your phone. We (Fbe Cleve, the seller) don't run servers for it, don't have accounts for you, and don't collect, see, sell or share your data. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. 1. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Everything the App works with stays on your device unless you turn on an optional cloud feature below: - Screen contents the agent reads through Android Accessibility, only while a task you approved is running. - Data you switch on in the Access tab (contacts, calendar, SMS, photos, music files, notifications, folders you pick). Each is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off anytime. - Your chats, task plans and the activity log of every action. - Your settings and any API keys, which are encrypted with Android Keystore. - The Gemma 4 model file. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it. The App turns off Android cloud backup for its data. 2. WHAT LEAVES YOUR PHONE, AND ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE - Model download: the App downloads the Gemma 4 model file from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). Hugging Face sees a normal download request (such as your IP address). - Cloud brain (optional, off until you add a key): if you add an OpenRouter or other OpenAI-compatible API key, the text you send to the cloud brain goes to that provider: your chat messages and, when you set the cloud to drive the phone, the screen text the agent reads. Their privacy policy applies. Keep the phone-control brain on "Always Gemma" to keep screen contents on the device. - Image creation (optional, uses your cloud key): when you tap Image, your description goes to the image service you chose (OpenRouter by default, or another provider you set up in Settings) and its model provider, and the finished picture comes back to your phone. Pictures are kept in the App's private storage and, if you leave the setting on, also saved to Pictures/Private Agent in your gallery. New chat deletes the App's copies; gallery copies stay until you delete them. - VirusTotal (optional, off by default): if you turn it on and add your own key, the App sends only the SHA-256 fingerprints of installed app files to VirusTotal (virustotal.com), never the files, your personal data or your app list in any other form. VirusTotal's privacy policy applies. - Web search in chat (optional, off by default): when you turn on "Search the web", your chat question is sent as a search to DuckDuckGo (duckduckgo.com), or to Wikipedia if that fails, and the App then opens the top few result pages to read them, like a browser would. Those sites see a normal web request (such as your IP address). Their privacy policies apply. - Research tasks (Agent tab): when you approve a research task such as "find app investors", the App sends a few searches built from your task to DuckDuckGo (or Wikipedia) and opens the top result pages to read them, the same way. If you use a cloud brain, your task and the text read from those pages are sent to that provider to write your list. Nothing on your screen is read or tapped for a research task. - Voice input (optional, only when you tap a mic or the Ask Agent tile): the App uses your phone's built-in speech recognizer, usually Google's. It's asked to work offline, but if offline speech isn't installed your recording may be processed by that provider (for example Google). Their privacy policy applies. The App only receives the recognized text. - Links and apps the agent opens act like you opening them yourself, including links or text you share into the App. We never receive any of this. 3. PERMISSIONS Accessibility: to read the screen and tap, type and scroll for approved tasks. Notification listener (optional): to read notifications if you allow it. Contacts, calendar, SMS, photos, music files (optional): only when you switch them on. Music files are read on the phone only, to find and play a song you ask for. Query installed apps and request delete: for the malware check and to open Android's uninstall screen when you tap Remove. Internet: model download and optional cloud features. Notifications: the Stop control, task status, and reminders for tasks you schedule. Run at startup and alarms: so tasks you schedule (daily or while charging) can remind you after a restart; a scheduled task only opens its plan for your approval and never runs on its own. 4. CHILDREN The App is for adults 18 and over and isn't directed at children. 5. YOUR CHOICES Turn any data type off in the Access tab, remove keys in Settings, clear chats with New chat, or uninstall to delete everything. 6. CHANGES If this policy changes, the App will show the new version and ask you to accept it. Contact: fbecleve.management@gmail.com
